What we collect
Name, email, date of birth for the 18+ check, card details we issue to you, transaction history, and a wallet address if you connect one. We also store your language preference on this device.
How we use it
To run your account, issue and operate cards, apply fees, prevent abuse, and answer support requests. We do not sell your personal data.
Storage
Account data is stored to provide the service. Language is stored locally in your browser. Keep your device secure; anyone with access to it may see your cards.
Retention and deletion
We keep data while your account is open and as needed for fees, disputes and legal duties. Email support@taplypay.app to request deletion of your account.
